On June 12, 2018, in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, the XNUMXnd International Scientific Conference was held. "Contemporary aspects of management", organized by the Warsaw School of Management-University. The conference was attended by academics from Poland, Ukraine and Moldova.
The aim of the conference was to present and analyze the priority issues of modern management, the latest trends and concepts of management, methods and tools used in it, as well as development perspectives and research directions for the future in the following thematic areas proposed by the organizers:
1. Future management concepts.
2. Using the potential of information technologies in management.
3. Contemporary concepts of HRM.
4. Innovation management in SMEs.
5. CRM project management
6. Management in physical culture and sport.
7. Pay and work in management.
8. Social engineering in management.
9. Information in management.
10. Security management.
11. Legal aspects of management.
12. Quality management.
13. Financial and accounting management.
14. Selected aspects of management in education.
15. Marketing and management.
16. Managing organizational culture and knowledge.
17. Logistics management.
18. Change management.
The utilitarian goal of the conference was to integrate international scientific communities, disseminate the results of research on the development of the scientific discipline of management, and above all, the use of research results in business practice.
During the conference, 20 papers were delivered, mostly in the form of a multimedia presentation, which will be published in a collective scientific monograph. The discussions accompanying the deliberations, not devoid of polemical accents, were not limited only to the diagnosis of the existing situation, but also much attention was paid to applying the results of management research in shaping the future and searching for new solutions, especially in the economic sphere.
