Professional Enterprise Manager

Professional Manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

Study participants

Managers (presidents, directors, owners) of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, but also managers of large enterprises dealing with issues related to enterprise development, specialists in organization and management, innovation moderators and people intending to start a business.

Educational outcomes

Participants of the postgraduate studies will learn about management tools enabling effective competition in a changing environment, methods of creating a growth and competition strategy, managing strategic innovations, as well as the role and principles of shaping the organizational culture and employee motivation in the process of long-term enterprise development.

The course participant will acquire the necessary practical skills in the use of methods and techniques for designing long-term development strategies and solving decision-making problems related to strategic enterprise management.

The acquired knowledge, skills and social competences (consolidated through participation in the workshops planned as part of the studies) will allow for the effective design of competitive advantages as well as the growth and development of the enterprise under long-term management. The studies end with an oral exam.

The participants of the studies who pass the positively planned management workshops will receive the WSZ-SW certificate entitled: "Professional manager" confirming the knowledge and skills acquired by the participant in the field of enterprise management in a turbulent environment.

Framework program

The studies cover two semesters. The Program of Studies provides for 100 lesson hours of lectures and 80 lesson hours of managerial workshops. Classes are conducted by specialists-practitioners of the issues raised.

Place of conducting classes:

Classes will be held at the seat of the university at ul. Siedmiogrodzka 3A in Warsaw, on average, every two or three weeks in the weekend mode - on Saturdays and Sundays (8 hours a day).

Tuition fees for studies are:

  • one-off in the amount of PLN 4 400,
  • in 4 installments in the amount of PLN 1 each,
  • in 10 monthly installments in the amount of PLN 460 each, payable by the 15th day of each month (from December to September inclusive).
