Studies carried out in cooperation with SEDPOL

Warsaw School of Management - the University of Warsaw together with the Institute of Education of the European Corporation "SEDPOL" is recruiting for postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation

Participants of postgraduate studies are people with higher education (bachelor's, engineer's, master's) who want to professionally pursue the profession of a property appraiser in the future. The studies are carried out in the amount of 290 hours covering the minimum curriculum included in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of April 19, 2023 amending the regulation on the minimum curriculum requirements for postgraduate studies in the field of real estate valuation. These postgraduate studies constitute a stage of theoretical preparation necessary to acquire professional qualifications as a property appraiser, and the next stage is professional practice. The studies allow you to acquire comprehensive knowledge in the field of real estate valuation using various methods and approaches, as well as in the field of legal regulations, the basics of construction, and real estate management.

Students learn about the latest trends in the real estate market.
Graduates of the studies are theoretically prepared for the valuation of any type of real estate in accordance with the standards applicable to property appraisers.
The lecturers of universities and people with high, documented qualifications, property appraisers - specialists and practitioners.

Study programme

The studies are carried out in the amount of 290 hours covering the minimum curriculum included in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of April 19, 2023 amending the regulation on the minimum curriculum requirements for postgraduate studies in the field of real estate valuation. Up to 40% of classes are conducted in the form of e-learning.

Dates, costs, implementation and completion of studies

  • Online classes conducted in real time on the Microsoft teams platform in Saturday-Sunday sessions once a month, which allows direct contact with the lecturer, asking questions, etc.
  • up to 40% of classes are conducted in the form of e-learning (which significantly reduces travel costs and saves your time)
  • studies end with an internal exam and a diploma thesis

Current edition of studies: February 17, 2024 - November 31, 2024 (recruitment is ongoing)

  • The total cost of studies for both semesters is PLN 4100 (including PLN 1000 registration fee)

 

Next edition –  September 21, 2024 – June 29, 2025

  • The total cost of studies for both semesters is PLN 4900 (including PLN 1400 registration fee)
  • Completion of the current edition of the studies - November 2024.
