"ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF WORK IN THE OFFICE ACCORDING TO EUROPEAN STANDARDS"
The Warsaw School of Management - University and European Management Assistants EUMA-POLAND organize postgraduate studies for secretaries, assistants and office managers.
1. Orientation in the scope of duties, powers and responsibilities resulting from the hierarchy of the office.
2. Information management skills necessary for the effective course of management processes.
3. Knowledge of traditional office procedures in the field of document handling and in accordance with electronic data management.
4. Demonstrating the professionalism of an administrative employee through - the ability to create and arrange letters in paper and e-mail correspondence,
- how to conduct telephone conversations,
- the application of the European Code of Good Administration.
5. Knowledge of the law necessary in the work of an official:
- basic legal acts,
- external and internal sources of law,
- supremacy and subordination of regulations.
6. Correct handling of classified information.
7. Document management, including archiving.
8. Good management practices.
The proposed studies are devoted to these broad issues, crowned with obtaining a certificate of postgraduate studies and a European certificate of a professional secretary, assistant or office manager (depending on the score obtained in the exam) issued by European Management Assistants EUMA-POLAND
The studies are consistent with the results of the EUROAST research conducted in 2008-2010 in twelve European countries on: tasks, competences, skills and knowledge of people employed as an assistant, office manager or other office positions.

Place of conducting classes:
Studies are carried out every two weeks in an extramural mode (Saturday-Sunday)
in hours 9:00 a.m. - 15:45 p.m. Classes are held at the Warsaw School of Management - University.
The university offers free car parking on its premises and the use of the buffet (only Saturday).
Study participants also have the opportunity to obtain a TNOiK Certificate. The condition for obtaining it is the implementation of professional internships related to mastering the skills of diagnosing the character of a person and the principles of efficient operation.
The abovementioned skills are useful in selecting partners and building effective task forces. They are also useful in mitigating and resolving conflicts.
196 hours of lectures and exercises and 6 hours for exams (including 4 hours for the EUMY certificate exam), i.e. 25 days, 8 hours each.
