The aim of the specialization is to familiarize students with various departments of the enterprise and the process of making managerial decisions in it, as well as with the real problems faced by enterprises. It also allows you to understand the functioning of the company in the environment. Students acquire the ability to make decisions, formulate a diagnosis and forecast of the company's activity and implement changes in it.
Na undergraduate studies students will get to know, among others principles of planning in an enterprise, managing its finances and innovations as well as knowledge management in an enterprise.
