Trade & Customs Compliance Conference and the Warsaw School of Management - University organized an open debate on the current legal and business solutions in servicing international trade in goods. This topic is extremely important in the context of transformations in the field of customs services, in particular in the e-commerce market and in the context of Brexit.
Trade & Customs Compliance Conference is a cyclical project aimed at integrating the world of science and practice, experts from universities, business and administration. The formula of the conference allows for a joint discussion, direct transfer of knowledge by the best experts in Poland, exchange of information and experiences, as the most proven form of building contacts and searching for joint optimal solutions for business. We devoted special attention to the first, autumn edition of our conference, to effective management in international trade in goods, including tax issues - VAT, excise duty and customs.
The Scientific Council chaired by prof. Wiesław Czyżowicz. The success of the conference was also ensured by our industry partners: Polish Chamber of Commerce, Polish Chamber of Forwarding and Logistics, Association of International Road Carriers, PENTACOMP Systemy Informatyczne Sp. z o. o. and Monitor Customs and Tax Law.
The recipients of the conference are: managerial staff in companies dealing with production and / or international trade in goods, employees of import / export teams, customs agents, logisticians, forwarders, e-commerce industry.
The conference took place on September 17, 2020, in the conference rooms of the headquarters of the Warsaw School of Management - University, ul. Siedmiogrodzka 3A, Warsaw and on-line.
