International Scientific Conference "PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES IN MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP. PRINCIPLES, PRACTICE, DIFFICULTIES AND DEVELOPMENT "which took place on November 25, 2017 at the Warsaw School of Management - Wyższa Szkoła. The aim of the conference was to present and deepen the knowledge and awareness of employees, trade union activists and employers in the field of employee participation in management and ownership, and to give impetus to the broad implementation of the principles and solutions of employee participation. On the other hand, the utilitarian goal of the conference was to integrate and exchange experiences of circles in favor of employee participation in Poland, but also of international scientific circles. The conference was attended by: representatives of the Ministry of Development, presidents of trade unions and employers.
