Waldemar GAJDA graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Communications at the University of Szczecin with a master's degree in economics and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Services at that University. Doctor of economic sciences - the dissertation was awarded the Main Prize for the best doctoral dissertation in Poland in 2000 by the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy (in the competition for the best habilitation, doctoral and master's thesis). He has been a university professor since 2019. He focuses his main interests and research effort on issues related to the functioning of economic entities, including in particular innovation and management in terms of identification and adequate use of instruments determining the functioning and development of enterprises, building models and development scenarios based on innovation and endo and endo instruments present in the market economy. exogenous.
