The aim of the specialization is to familiarize with the elements of the human resource management system in enterprises and other organizations and with the process of making personnel decisions in them. Employees are the most important capital of any organization. As part of the specialization, knowledge in the field of selection, periodic assessment, motivating, training and development of employees will be provided. Students will acquire the ability to use methods, techniques and tools of human resource management.
During the first-cycle studies, students will be introduced to the elements of labor law, employee remuneration and motivating systems, and the art of managing people.
During the second-cycle studies, they acquire knowledge of the organization of the personnel department, strategic human resource management, mediation and conflict management.
