The aim of the specialization is to provide knowledge on the management of complex projects implemented in the economy, administration and local government. It enables students to acquire the skills to initiate, plan, and organize projects, and to master project management techniques and tools. The project management specialization is carried out during the second-cycle studies and includes, inter alia, knowledge of the role and tasks of the manager, risk and its elimination, as well as project monitoring and control.
It is possible to start this specialization also during first-cycle studies.
